Linda F. Evans

President

Linda is the founder and president of Professional Quality Billing Service, LLC. She founded the company in 2004 when approached by a medical group to help them manage their billing organization. Since that day, PQBS has grown from a one person operation to a staff of experienced certified billers. Linda has spent over 25 years as a Medical Billing Manager for both professional and hospital organizations. She has earned her degrees in accounting and business. She was on the Board of Michigan Patient Accounting Associates for three years and has dedicated herself to helping physicians, hospitals and clinics solve billing problems.

Alisa Nazione

Account Manager

Alisa joined our organization in 2005 as one of our account managers. She is a certified coder and is pursuing her B.A. in Health Services Administration. She has twelve years billing and management experience, with expertise in Neurology, Internal Medicine, MRI, and Behavioral Health billing and follow-up. She is committed to providing the highest quality of service to our clients.

Camille Smith

Account Follow-up Specialist / Recovery Expert

Camille is one of our claims follow-up specialists. She has been with PQBS since 2005 and is one of our experts in collections of “difficult” claims. She has been in the medical billing industry for over 20 years. Her background includes both professional and facility medical billing. She is still associated with the University of Michigan – Kellogg Eye Center and is a knowledgeable, conscientious medical billing professional.

Mike Davidson

Information Technology Specialist

Mike maintains our information technology infrastructure, including secure access. Mike has been a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator since 2003, and has received networking and security certifications from Cisco and the Computing Technology Institute of America (CompTIA).
